1. Services Provided

ConvertifyLabs offers Shopify CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), custom theme development, app integrations, speed optimization, and other related services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear and accurate project requirements.
Supply necessary access credentials (Shopify, analytics tools, etc.) promptly.
Review and approve work within a reasonable time frame.

3. Payment Terms

Projects may require a 20% deposit before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless stated otherwise in a proposal or invoice.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase if no significant work has been completed. If work has begun, partial refunds may be considered based on project progress.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and assets produced by ConvertifyLabs remain the property of ConvertifyLabs until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related data confidential and not share it with third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ConvertifyLabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

ConvertifyLabs may use third-party apps (e.g., Klaviyo, Rebuy, Recharge). We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, API changes, or platform downtime.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
